Stanley Black & Decker Inc. to JGR in 2015.
DeWalt brand to sponsor the #20 of Matt Kenseth for 6 races, Stanley brand to sponsor the #19 of Carl Edwards for 12 races.
This leaves 2 races unsponsored for the #20 (Dollar General as primary for 30 races) and 7 races unsponsored for the #19 (Arris Group Inc. sponsoring 19 races).
Rumor has that Subway may come over to the #19 to fill in at least some of the remaining races, but nothing has been said on the matter officially.
This will reunite DeWalt and Kenseth as sponsor and driver for the first time since 2009, which could mean great things for them, as they were the sponsor when Kenseth won the 2003 Cup championship.
The remaining races on the #20 could be filled in by another SB&D brand, or perhaps a different sponsor (like Citizen watches, which Kenseth is an ambassador for, or one of his Nationwide sponsors, like Reser's or GameStop).
